We want you to love your Squishy Hair products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
- Products may be opened and gently used. We understand that you need to try the product to know if it’s right for you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.
